How it works
How Clausebeam reads your contracts
A clause-level analysis model built for the specific language patterns that matter in commercial agreements.
Detection model
From document to clause flags in minutes
Clausebeam does not read documents as blocks of text. It identifies clause boundaries, assigns each clause to one of 34 clause types, and measures that clause against market-norm language for the contract category. An indemnification clause in a SaaS MSA is measured against SaaS MSA market norms, not a generic template.
Clause coverage
34 clause types, organized by legal function
Each category covers the clause variations your team negotiates most frequently in commercial agreements.
Deal room view
Cross-document clause patterns
When you upload a full deal room, Clausebeam doesn't just flag clauses per document. It surfaces patterns across the entire stack: which clause types are consistently off-market across all agreements, where one document deviates from the others.
Output format
Flag reports attorneys can act on
The output is not a raw list of anomalies. It is a structured flag report: clause type, risk level, the exact flagged language with section reference, and the deviation note that tells the reviewing attorney why this clause is off-market and what the exposure is.
-

Integrations
Fits your existing workflow
Clausebeam is a clause analysis layer, not a document management system or a CLM. You upload from wherever your documents live. The flag report drops into whatever review process you already have. We do not replace your DMS or your matter management system.
